WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All ticket sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CONFIRMATION FOR THE IN-PERSON EVENT?
We will have a list of names associated with purchased tickets at the venue. You will also have a name badge upon arrival.
I PURCHASED A TICKET FOR THE EVENT, BUT CAN’T ATTEND ON THAT DAY. CAN I GET A COPY OF THE EVENT?
If you purchased a ticket to the one-day live Live2Lead event and cannot attend, we will host a re-broadcast of the simulcast you can purchase for an additional $25.
WHAT IF WE CAN’T MEET LOCALLY DUE TO COVID RELATED MEETING RESTRICTIONS?
In the event we are unable to meet for in-person gatherings, we will reschedule the in-person event to a later date when the restrictions have been lifted.
