Kristan began as a journalist—curious, questioning, searching for truth through television, radio, and print. With boots on the ground, she learned. As a broadcast television anchor and reporter, a published photojournalist, and a news director, she grew. With accolades from her peers and a love for the challenge, she quickly logged more than a decade in “the business.”

She wanted more—to do more—to serve more. As CEO of her own creative agency, she did. Kristan founded Life’s Eyes Media, an award-winning, multi-media production and consulting company. That’s a mouthful—and a heart full—of humility and gratitude for the success of her second decade in this fulfilling field.

She’s never met a stranger. As a wife, mother, public speaker, serial entrepreneur, publisher, and author—she’s currently working on a new book, “The Cussing Christian”—connection is essential. It’s essential as she’s growing two non-profit organizations. One benefits children with special needs, Seeds of Glory Farm. The other assists women in daunting socioeconomic environments, Cultivating Women. And, in her third professional decade, there’s no greater privilege.

She believes every day is a gift from God, and no matter what, there is a lesson to be learned through all of life’s experiences.

Kelly utilizes her position as the Associate Children’s Minister at Immanuel UMC to focus on projects that promote a healthy level of service. Her experience in corporate philanthropy, event planning, external communications, marketing communications, community outreach, training, and customer lifecycle management have allowed Kelly a unique perspective in the building blocks of creating opportunities that are both sustainable and desirable to young families and leaders alike. Her philosophy is to use each day as an opportunity to serve as a blessing to others.

Kelly earned an M.A. in Communications from Northern Kentucky University, where she focused on political and crisis communications, and received a Certificate in Public Relations and a Certificate in Pedagogy. Kelly also earned a B.A. from NKU in Public Relations.

Jim Timmerman is a freelance Producer/Director and has worked for a wide variety of clients from broadcast networks to Fortune 500 companies to numerous Cincinnati based non-profit organizations. Jim worked at WCPO-TV in Cincinnati for 23 years, starting as a studio camera operator, then Producer/Director then Program Manager. He graduated from Bowling Green State University many years ago with a Radio-TV-Film degree. While there he worked at WBGU-TV. Prior to that he was employed at WLIO-TV in Lima. Jim is also a guest lecturer at various Cincinnati universities.

Throughout her career/adventure and regardless of the business, she has focused on helping small businesses grow and people thrive. This is one of the reasons she fell in love with EMI Network in 2012 when she joined as COO and later purchased the company, transforming EMI into a full-service content marketing & creative services firm capable of caring for every aspect of its clients’ brands.

In normal serial entrepreneurial fashion, Lisa is launching a second venture, an online business coaching platform for moms with special needs kids. Peggy resides in Erlanger with her husband and their two children.
