Kristan began as a journalist—curious, questioning, searching for truth through television, radio, and print. With boots on the ground, she learned. As a broadcast television anchor and reporter, a published photojournalist, and a news director, she grew. With accolades from her peers and a love for the challenge, she quickly logged more than a decade in “the business.”

She wanted more—to do more—to serve more. As CEO of her own creative agency, she did. Kristan founded Life’s Eyes Media, an award-winning, multi-media production and consulting company. That’s a mouthful—and a heart full—of humility and gratitude for the success of her second decade in this fulfilling field.

She’s never met a stranger. As a wife, mother, public speaker, serial entrepreneur, publisher, and author—she’s currently working on a new book, “The Cussing Christian”—connection is essential. It’s essential as she’s growing two non-profit organizations. One benefits children with special needs, Seeds of Glory Farm. The other assists women in daunting socioeconomic environments, Cultivating Women. And, in her third professional decade, there’s no greater privilege.

Jessica Remole was born in Cincinnati and after living in multiple US cities and Germany as an Army brat, her family settled back in the tri-state 35 years ago. She now resides in Independence, Kentucky with her husband Brian, only a few miles from her daughter Cynthia and 2 beautiful grandsons. Jessica has been an advertising and marketing professional for the past 23 years and attended Northern Kentucky University for Radio and Television Broadcasting from 1994-1998. She just celebrated 10 years with Valpak – the famous blue envelope that comes in the mail and is an active member of the Referrals R’ Us Chapter of BNI. 

As President of Evolution creative solutions Cathy is a bold leader and creative problem solver, and she uses both of those talents to help Evolution’s clients discover exciting ways to think differently about their businesses and brands. Cathy is a dedicated, loyal enthusiast of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region, and she cares deeply about being an active part of the business community.

For more than 2 decades, Jeff’s work ambition found roots in all things logistics… Imports, Exports, LTL, FTL, Air Freight, Ground Expedites and Warehousing. His depth of experience and camaraderie works effectively inside the walls of his office, with his team, and outside the walls with his clients and contractors.
Jeff believes his community matters. He’s an active member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and various local community organizations such as Addiction Services Council, Master Provisions and TenFe.

Peggy is passionate about meaningful communication, brand management, and community engagement and has more than 20 years of marketing, public relations, and event planning experience. At NKYEC, she works with community partners to increase awareness about the organization’s mission to support student success and wellbeing in Northern Kentucky. From 2011-2014, she served as NKYEC’s Ready by 21 Coordinator, where she worked closely with national and local leaders, stakeholder groups, and volunteer teams to advance regional education goals and initiatives.

Alice Frazier helps leaders fuel growth with strategies that unlock collective wisdom and power. She is the current CEO for AFA Associates, a business building consultancy providing marketing, engagement and project management services to businesses, non-profits, individuals, and groups who wish to expand and grow.

As a serial entrepreneur and ministry man, Mark knows the ins and outs of busines and communication. These are the tools he uses to etify Christ and empower people to live their best lives. Currently he’s embracing his calling to public speaking a life coaching. His life’s endeavor is helping other maximize their capabilities through better understanding their identy in Christ.

Dr. Christopher Cate has dedicated three decades to establishing effective teams that achieve excellent results in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. At Dollywood Theme Park Christopher was responsible for operations of all attractions. Coordinating nearly three hundred hosts to ensure the safe loading and unloading of millions of passengers. During his tenure, both guest and employee safety was prioritized while team performance improved dramatically. 

As Chief Marketing Officer and Consulting Partner with Leadership Excelleration, Dr. Angela Crawford has extensive experience in helping people and organizations grow. She has spent over twenty years in senior level roles with Fortune 500 companies, supporting financial services, healthcare, technology, education, and retail. 

Wednesday Oster is a Full Time faculty member in the Paralegal Studies Department at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
Prior to beginning her career at Cincinnati State, Wednesday practiced law at a top ten firm in Cincinnati where she focused on Business law and Family law. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.
Outside of Cincinnati State, Wednesday enjoys coaching a high school golf team and spending time in the outdoors with her family by golfing, kayaking and hiking. She lives with her husband, Hon. Michael Oster, and her two children, Grayson and Cordelia, in West Chester, Ohio.
