Mark Ramey

Mark Ramey

Position

They call me “the veteran”. I’ve been at this business as long as some of our creatives have been alive. We’re talking 30 years! I’ve weathered the storms (sometimes raging) of change in the broadcasting industry. I am a TOTALLY behind-the-scenes guy. I can handle all kinds of productions, live and taped, short and long, simple or tricky. I’ve schlepped gear across untapped earth in Chile for Life’s Eyes, one of the greatest experiences of my life. (And until you’ve hauled a 9-foot jib up and down mud and guano, you haven’t lived!)

I’m passionate about making people happy. I take on each project with a fervor and excitement, just like it was my first production that 30-some odd years ago. Please, just keep me behind the scenes. (My wife is still asking me when we’re going to take a family portrait; the last one we took my teenaged sons were boys. Maybe when they graduate.)
